Sorry About last week. The past two weeks I have had Riley everyday (almost) and then I had David alone at church last week with no help. I was stressed out and came home and took a 2 and a half hour nap while Sean cleaned up and took care of David. Katie helped me at church with David this week. Seans responsibility at church is for the whole stake and not just our ward so he visits other wards on Sundays every other week. Its hard but we have good friends who usually help with David so that I can handle the class of 3 year olds that I teach.
Other than being busy with church responsibilities, Sean worked nights this last week. The base also has a Nuclear Surety Inspection (NSI) that starts tomorrow and lasts for the next 10 days. Hopefully Sean won't have to work crazy hours but you never know with an inspection. The Inspection ends on his birthday so hopefully they will give him a little time off on that day.
I will find out tomorrow whether or not Katie needs to finish her hours to go back to work or not. IF she doesn't need to finish then I won't have to watch Riley anymore. That means that i would be able to start my bookkeeping program this month. I like the extra money from watching Riley but would rather stick with working for my mom and be able to start my program.
David is so adorable! He has learned how to clap and wave. Doesn't quite understand the waving and when to do it but randomly he will just start waving by opening and closing his fist. Its really cute.

Seans Training
You may or may not know this but Sean has been waiting to do his last 6 months of training since we got to Montana. He was supposed to start in June but because of David he pushed it back to the next class (he cannot take any time off while he is doing this last bit of training). Well the supervisors have keep pushing him back in classes since then and was supposed to start this coming Tuesday. This would be the 4th class they have promised him that he would be in. Well because of what is going on with his moms health and because the supervisors made him sick at the beginning of December they are keeping him out of this class too. They say he is not mentally or physically fit to go through the class right now. Its not true but there is an inspection coming up and they want time else where so they will pass inspection. He was very upset cause now he has to wait until March to do training. My guess is that by the time he starts it will have been a year since he was supposed to have started.
But other than that it has been life as usual. Nothing new to report. We love and miss you all!

Dispatches, Girls, and Tempertures
So it has been an interesting week here in Montana. Sean was dispatched our to a missile silo overnight for the first time this week. Apparently someone broke the huge door that comes up to plug the hole down into the silo. The door wouldn't shut so they had to keep people posted as guards at the site around the clock until it was fixed and Sean happened to get the night shift.
The Headricks were over Wednesday night doing laundry and I gave Riley and David a bath that night. Of course the kids had lots of fun but Riley s jammies weren't dry yet so she ran around in her pull up after the bath. i fed David and put him to bed like normal. Sean was upstairs playing computer games and Katie, Jeremy, and i were downstairs talking and Riley was doing whatever. All of a sudden we heard her giggling like crazy. Katie or Jeremy made the comment that she must be having fun with Sean upstairs. I knew that she would be annoying Sean if she were upstairs with him so I turned on the monitor for Davids room and sure enough that is where she was. So I went upstairs to bring her down and put David back to bed. I was expecting her to be playing thru the crib bars and what not but no . . . I found a half naked little girl in bed with my son. :) They were just giggling and having fun. It was entertaining.
David has been sick and fussy the last 2 days and he had a fever of 101.1 yesterday so we called the doctor and they told us to take him to the ER. So we were in the ER last night getting him checked out and they gave him tylenol and motrin at the hospital and he slept all thru the night! It was awesome cause the previous night I was up 4 times with him and the night before that it was 10 times. His fever is down to about 100 today and we just have to keep up with the tylenol and motrin and then we will go see his regular doctor tomorrow for a follow up. And both Sean and I woke up with sore throats this morning. Yay for being sick!

Happy New Year 2010!
Wow this year has gone by so fast! I cannot believe that at this time last year i was just barely starting to show my baby belly and now I am chasing after a 6 month old! We had a great New Year. Sean and I stayed up watching movies New Years Eve. I watched the Rose Parade New Years morning then had friends over later that afternoon to watch Ohio play Oregon in the Rose Bowl and to have dinner. It was a full house . . . 6 adults, 2 two year olds, 2 babies, and 2 dogs . . . but we had so much fun! We also got some new furniture, that was left behind by a family that was moving, moved into our place as well.
David is growing so fast! Ever since he pulled himself up that is all he wants to do. And I have never seen a kid hit his head so many times doing it! I wouldn't be surprised if he starts walked by the end of January. That is really exciting because I love to watch him grow and learn new things but at the same time I dread how much stuff he is going to get into and how much more I am just going to have to chase him around. Oh well! I hope everyone had a great New Year! We love you!!
